Priority
to the right rule in the BENELUX
Recently, a number of questions have arisen concerning the “priority
to the right” rules applicable in the BENELUX. The following
link has information prepared by the USAG Benelux DOL Driver
Testing Station (DTS) that may be of use to you in better understanding

Swimming, bathing
is forbidden in rivers, lakes, etc…, except in designated
areas with a trained lifeguard.
On the coast, swimming is forbidden, except in designated areas
with a trained lifeguard, and under green flag conditions (green
flag means safe swimming).
