Department of Resource Management (DRM) obtains, allocates, manages, and accounts for all financial and manpower resources of the command. DRM manages the Comptroller (CP-11) and Manpower and Force Management (CP-26) civilian career programs.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS

  • We will forward suspenses/information to you in a timely manner.

  • We will strive to understand and respect your mission, and we will do our utmost to support it

  • We will respond to, or acknowledge, customer inquiries by the following work day.

  • We will process all SF 52s, PR&Cs, TDY orders and Army Suggestions within three
    work days, or advise customers of reasons of delay.

  • We will eliminate processes, procedures and rules, within our authority, that are roadblocks to success.

  • We will accept responsibility for any discrepancies on our part and take prompt corrective action.

  • We encourage and solicit your comments, ideas and suggestions to improve our services.
