Provides advisory services to Department of the Army Civilians, Family Member Host Nation employees and National and International organizations utilizing DoD Civilian Personnel for Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Turkey and Bahrain.

Advises managers and supervisors on recruitment, strategies, classification and position management issues, and to resolve management employees problems before they reach the formal stage.

Develops, implements and manages host nation personnel programs in Belgium and Luxembourg in coordination with Host Nation Government Agency agreements and local labor laws.

Provides full CPO services to NATO employees and non-appropriated funds employees.

Maintains liaison with the U.S. Embassy, political advisory staff in Belgium and Luxembourg

Coordinates with other SHAPE/NATO personnel offices.
